John Gutierrez and Phil Buckmeier combining
over 40 years experience in the loan origination and servicing
industry. Their backgrounds include working
for some of the top loan origination and servicing companies
in the Unites States, such as General Electric
Capital, The CIT Group, Home Owners
Funding Corp., Commodore Financial,
National Mortgage and Kensington Mortgage.
This experience has gives Kendor a broad

knowledge of the loan origination and servicing industry, assuring
their clients the comfort of knowing their consumer and mortgage loan portfolios
are in very experienced hands.
